STC4000 is a CCD-based spectrometer. It has footprint design and high measurement speed. However, the stray light level and high dark noise output of STC4000 are relative high, and it has high temperature dependent, and low dynamic range, thus the accuracy of STC4000 is not so good which limit its applications.
It is mainly used for rapid measurement of LED relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, correlated color temperature, color rendering index, color tolerance, spectral width, the main wavelength, color purity, luminous flux, luminous efficiency, radiation power, positive and negative electric performance parameter.
